Terms of Service

By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is not intended for and may not be used by anyone under 18.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service — including trading activity, educational content, and any financial tools — is lawful in your country of residence. Some products may not be available or lawful in every jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to check.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Trading signals feed. Educational trade alerts and market observations delivered in real time through the member dashboard and/or third-party channels (such as Discord). Signals are educational examples of how a trading model reasons about the market. They are not personalized investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell, and not a managed-account service. We do not place, manage, or control any trade on your behalf.

MA Model Trading Bot (automated execution software). The MA Model Trading Bot (an automated cBot / Expert Advisor) is an automated algorithmic trading bot — a cTrader cBot and/or MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor — that you install, connect, and run on your own broker or prop-firm account using a license key. Once you enable it, it automatically places, modifies, and closes orders in your own account based on the MA Model, without a separate manual instruction from you for each trade. You connect your own broker, you configure and control the software, you can pause or disable it at any time, and every order is executed in your own account under your own control and risk. It is not a managed account, not copy-trading of another person's account, and not discretionary trading on your behalf. See Section 5.

MA AI. An AI/algorithmic market-analysis tool offered as a separate subscription. It runs algorithmic “golden setups” via a separate cBot/EA and license key that you install and run on your own account and infrastructure. The same disclaimers in Sections 4 and 5 apply.

Indicators. Access to proprietary, invite-only indicator scripts (for example on TradingView). Access is granted manually to a trading-platform username you provide and is licensed to you personally.

Education / courses. Structured lessons, tracks, videos, written materials, and a playbook covering trading concepts and the underlying model.

Mentorship and bookings. The ability to book one-to-one or group mentorship sessions within available time windows, including scheduling through third-party calendar tools, and to cancel bookings subject to Section 6.

Community. Access to member community spaces (for example a Discord server) for discussion, session chat, Q&A, and announcements.

Performance dashboard. Displays of historical or illustrative trading results, statistics, and past signal outcomes. See Section 4.4.

Bonuses, broadcasts, and additional features. Free member resources, downloadable materials, announcements, broadcasts, monitors, and other features that may be added, changed, or withdrawn over time.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including any feature listed above — at any time, with or without notice. Features marked “coming soon” or similar are not guaranteed.

Some features are free; others require a paid subscription. Certain products (for example MA AI) are billed as separate subscriptions from the core Service.

You may sign in using email or an optional third-party sign-in provider (for example Google). You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for any use of your license keys, which are tied to your account and must not be shared.

The Service depends on third-party platforms you separately register for and control (for example your broker or prop firm, cTrader, MetaTrader 5, TradingView, Discord, or a hosting/VPS provider). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. See Section 7.

No financial advice. All content, signals, tools, AI output, indicators, education, mentorship, and community discussion are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide is, or should be construed as, financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice, a solicitation, or a personal recommendation. We do not know your individual financial circumstances and do not provide personalized advice. matrades is not a licensed or regulated broker, adviser, or financial institution and is not registered with or supervised by any financial regulatory authority. You should seek advice from a licensed professional before making any financial decision.

High-risk activity. Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference, futures, cryptocurrencies, and other leveraged or speculative instruments carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. These products may not be suitable for every investor. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Trade at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. Any decision to act on a signal, tool, indicator, AI output, or lesson is made entirely at your own discretion and risk. We are not responsible for any trade you place or fail to place, or for any resulting profit or loss.

No results or income guarantee; past performance. We do not guarantee any profit, income, return, or specific result. Any performance figures, historical results, back-tests, example trades, testimonials, or statistics shown anywhere in the Service — including the performance dashboard — are illustrative and not typical. Past performance is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results. Hypothetical and back-tested results have inherent limitations and do not reflect actual trading. Individual results vary and most traders may not achieve comparable outcomes.

Generic and non-personalized. The MA Model produces a single, generic signal that is identical for every user. It is general market information, not tailored to your individual financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, or personal circumstances, and matrades has no knowledge of them. Nothing produced by the MA Model, the signals feed, or the MA Model Trading Bot is personalized investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation, or discretionary management of your account. You alone set every execution parameter — including risk, position sizing, timing, and symbols — and you may override, pause, or disable the MA Model Trading Bot at any time. Any trade placed on your account is executed solely in accordance with the configuration you choose and control; matrades does not exercise discretion over your account and does not decide, for you, whether, when, what, or how much to trade. You are responsible for deciding whether any signal is suitable for you, and for obtaining your own independent professional advice before acting.

The MA Model Trading Bot (an automated cBot / Expert Advisor) and MA AI run on your own account and your own infrastructure. You connect your own broker or prop-firm account, you install and run the software (for example on your own VPS), and you retain full control over whether the software runs, its risk and position-sizing settings, and your account. We never receive, hold, or control your funds and have no trading or withdrawal authority over your account.

Automated software carries automation-specific risks. The MA Model Trading Bot executes trades automatically. Like all automated trading software, it can malfunction, disconnect, freeze, lag, duplicate or miss orders, or execute unexpectedly as a result of software errors, latency, broker or platform outages, VPS or connectivity failures, price gaps, low liquidity, or market volatility. Automated execution can produce rapid, repeated, or unintended orders before you are able to intervene. You understand and accept these risks as an inherent part of running automated trading software.

Monitoring and control are your responsibility. You are responsible for configuring risk and position sizing appropriately, for monitoring the Bot and your account, and for deciding when it runs. You can pause or disable the Bot at any time, and you must not run it unattended beyond your own risk tolerance. You are responsible for the consequences of leaving it running.

Execution is your responsibility. Orders are executed by your broker in your own account. Results in your account may differ materially from any signal, example, or back-test due to slippage, spread, latency, execution quality, broker conditions, leverage, account size, risk settings, connectivity, downtime, and the timing of your setup. We do not guarantee any profit, uptime, availability, execution quality, or that the Bot's behaviour will match any signal, back-test, or example. Past and back-tested performance does not indicate or guarantee future results.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of your broker or prop firm, including any restrictions on automated trading, algorithmic trading, expert advisors, or copy-trading. Some brokers and prop firms prohibit or limit automated trading. You are solely liable for any breach of those rules and for any resulting account loss, failure, suspension, or penalty.

The MA Model Trading Bot is a software tool you operate yourself. It is not investment advice, not a personal recommendation, not a managed account, and not discretionary management of your account by us. We do not trade on your behalf.

We are not liable for any loss, missed trade, erroneous trade, duplicate trade, or account failure arising from the use, malfunction, misconfiguration, downtime, or disconnection of the MA Model Trading Bot, MA AI, your VPS, your broker, or any connecting platform.

We will never ask you for your account withdrawal password. You should never share it with anyone.

Fees. Paid subscriptions are billed at the price and interval shown at checkout (for example monthly). Prices may change; changes apply to future billing periods.

Payment. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. You are responsible for any taxes.

Immediate access to digital products. Subscriptions provide access to digital and educational products and software that are delivered and made accessible to you immediately upon purchase.

No refunds — all sales final. Because our products are digital and access (including license keys, downloads, indicator access, and content) is granted immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts for any subscription period, whether or not you use the Service, except where a refund is strictly required by applicable mandatory law.

Cancellation stops future billing. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges from the next billing cycle onward; it does not refund amounts already paid. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which access ends.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features until payment is resolved.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith (for example after receiving digital access) may result in immediate termination of your account and access.

The Service integrates with and depends on third parties, including brokers and prop firms, cTrader, MetaTrader 5, TradingView, Discord, sign-in providers (for example Google), calendar/scheduling tools, hosting/VPS providers, email providers, and payment processors.

We do not control and are not responsible for these third parties, their availability, their performance, their fees, their execution, their security, or their acts or omissions. Your relationship with each third party is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy. Any dispute with a broker, prop firm, or platform is between you and that party.

You agree not to:

We may remove content, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Section, without refund.

The matrades name, brand, logos, website, dashboard, software (including the MA Model Trading Bot and MA AI cBots/EAs), indicators, signals, models, course and playbook materials, text, graphics, and all other content are owned by the operator (or licensed to the operator) and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its content for your own individual, non-commercial use only.

This license does not transfer any ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The redistribution and sharing restrictions in Section 8 are a material condition of this license; breach terminates the license immediately.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time (see Section 6.5).

We may suspend or terminate your account or access, in whole or in part, at any time — including for breach of these Terms, misuse, non-payment, chargeback, or where we discontinue a feature — with or without notice, and without refund except as required by mandatory law.

On termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete our software and materials. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 4, 5, 6.4, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15) survive termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

We do not warrant that the Service, signals, tools, AI output, or data will be accurate, complete, timely, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of downtime, delays, or defects, or that any result will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the operator of matrades be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, any signal, tool, AI output, indicator, or content, or any third-party platform — whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to matrades in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

You agree that the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally and in good faith. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates as set out in Section 15.2.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the Service.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service.
