Refund & Cancellation Policy

How billing, cancellation, and refunds work — all sales final, cancel anytime.

Last updated: v1.0~3 min read

In short

  • Everything we sell is instant-access digital work — signals, tools, software, indicators, and training you get immediately.
  • Because of that, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund what you have already paid.
  • Try everything free during launch — so when you pay, you already know exactly what you are getting.

This policy is part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service (Billing section). If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms govern.

1. All sales are final

#

Our products are digital and delivered immediately. The moment you pay, you get access — license keys, downloads, indicator access, community access, and content are unlocked right away and cannot be “returned.”

For that reason, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts for any subscription period, whether or not you end up using the Service — except where a refund is strictly required by applicable mandatory law (see Section 5).

2. Try it free first, so paying is a confident decision

#

During our launch you can try the Service free and see the model work before you spend anything. We would genuinely rather you take the free step first than pay for something you are unsure about. Because you can see exactly what you are buying before you buy it, “all sales final” is a fair deal, not a trap.

3. Cancelling stops future billing

#

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling:

  • stops all future charges from the next billing cycle onward;
  • does not refund amounts you have already paid;
  • keeps your access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which access ends.

You will not be charged again after you cancel. There is nothing to “un-cancel” to avoid a further charge — cancelling is enough.

4. Chargebacks

#

If you have a billing problem, please email us first at [email protected] — we will look into it quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith (for example, after receiving digital access and content) is a breach of our Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and access. We keep records of access and delivery to respond to disputes.

5. Where the law gives you a mandatory right

#

Nothing in this policy removes any refund or cancellation right that applies to you under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country and that cannot legally be waived. Where such a right applies, we honour it. If you believe you have one, contact [email protected] and tell us where you live.

EU/EEA and UK consumers: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. That right can be waived when you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right — which is why our checkout asks EU/EEA/UK buyers to tick an immediate-access waiver before purchase.

6. If you are unhappy — talk to us

#

We are not trying to trap anyone. If something has gone wrong, email [email protected]. While payments are non-refundable, we can often help another way as a goodwill gesture, at our discretion — for example:

  • pause your subscription for a period,
  • apply an account credit toward a future period, or
  • swap you to a different tier or product that fits you better.

These are discretionary goodwill options, not an entitlement, and they are offered instead of a cash refund.
