In short
- We collect only what we need to run your account, your subscription, and the tools you use — and we never sell your data.
- We share your data only with the providers that make the Service work (payments, hosting, email, sign-in, community, scheduling, and broker/platform APIs), and only what each one needs.
- You have rights over your data — access, correction, and deletion — and you can reach us anytime at [email protected].
This Privacy Policy explains how matrades (matrades.net), operating as "MA Trades" (referred to as "matrades", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information. matrades is operated by an individual sole operator, not a registered company.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
#1.1 Account and profile information you provide:
- Name, email address, phone number, and country.
- Trading profile you choose to share: trader type, broker or prop firm, account size, markets, experience, and interests.
- Support messages and any other information you send us.
1.2 Authentication data:
- If you sign in with a third-party provider (for example Google), we receive your name, email, and a provider identifier. We never receive your third-party account password.
1.3 Broker-connection and service data (for the MA Model Trading Bot / MA AI):
- When you connect the MA Model Trading Bot (an automated cBot / Expert Advisor) or MA AI, you provide details about your own trading account: platform (cTrader / MetaTrader 5), broker or prop firm, account number/login, and server, and you generate the API/connection token or credentials that the software uses to place orders on your own account. We use these to configure and run the software and to issue and manage your license key(s).
- We do not collect, and you should never share, your broker withdrawal password. We do not hold your funds and do not have trading or withdrawal authority over your account.
- We treat account-connection details as sensitive and limit access to what is needed to operate the Service.
1.4 Third-party platform usernames:
- For indicators, we store the trading-platform username (for example your TradingView username) you provide, so we can grant invite-only access.
1.5 Payment information:
- Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. We may receive limited transaction data such as subscription status, the last digits of your card, billing country, and payment confirmations.
1.6 Technical and usage data:
- IP address, device and browser information, and basic usage analytics such as pages viewed and features used, collected automatically as you use the Service.
1.7 Communications and community activity:
- Records of emails, broadcasts, notifications you receive, your subscription preferences, and content you post in community spaces (for example Discord, which is governed by its own privacy policy).
2. How we use your information
#We use your information to:
- create, secure, and authenticate your account and sign-ins;

- issue and manage license keys and grant access to gated products;

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials and license keys private, and never share your broker withdrawal password with anyone.
9. Children
#The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
#We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, may notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
